Terms and Conditions Use of the yotogel Platform

Welcome to yotogel. By registering, accessing, or using any part of the yotogel platform — whether via the website, mobile app, or any other channel provided — you hereby agree to be fully bound by the Terms and Conditions set out in this document. Please read each section carefully. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to continue using the yotogel platform.

1Eligibility and Account Registration

To use the yotogel platform, you must meet all of the following requirements without exception:

• Aged 18 years and above on the date of registration.
• Registering under your own name and not on behalf of another person.
• Not appearing on any exclusion list imposed by any relevant regulatory body.
• Not currently under a self-exclusion period or account restriction imposed by the platform.
• Legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under your local laws.

Each individual is only permitted to own one account only at yotogel. Multiple account registrations by the same individual — even using different names, emails, or phone numbers — violates these terms and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and the freezing of any existing balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. yotogel reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) at any time, particularly before your first withdrawal is processed. Documents that may be requested include your identity card, bank statement, or utility bill for address verification.

2Account Security Responsibility

Your yotogel account is entirely your personal responsibility. You are responsible for:

• Keeping your password secure and not sharing your login credentials with anyone.
• Ensuring no third party accesses your account without authorization.
• Report to the yotogel support team immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorization.
• Ensuring all personal information in your account profile is kept current and accurate.

Yotogel shall not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised third-party access to your account, particularly if you have been negligent in safeguarding your login credentials. We strongly recommend enabling the two-factor authentication (2FA) feature available in your account settings.

3Fund Deposits and Withdrawals

Yotogel supports a wide range of local Malaysia payment methods including FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Connect. All deposits are processed instantly upon confirmation by the bank or e-wallet.

The terms relating to deposits and withdrawals are as follows:

• Minimum deposit is RM30 for all available payment methods.
• The minimum withdrawal is RM50 per transaction.
• All withdrawals must be made to an account or e-wallet that registered under the same user's name with a yotogel account.
• The first withdrawal requires full KYC verification before it can be processed.
• Once KYC is complete, the majority of withdrawals will be processed within 15 to 30 minutes.
• Yotogel does not charge any processing fees for standard withdrawals.

Yotogel reserves the right to hold or suspend withdrawals for the purposes of fraud investigation, identity verification, or legal compliance. In such situations, our team will contact you via your registered email within 24 hours to inform you of any additional information required.

Any attempt to deposit or withdraw funds using a payment method that is not yours, or through a third party, is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure.

4Bonuses, Promotions & Rollover Requirements

Yotogel offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, free spins, and various seasonal promotions. Each bonus is subject to specific terms stated on the relevant promotions page.

General terms applicable to all yotogel bonuses:

• All bonuses have wagering requirements rollover (wagering requirement) which must be met before a withdrawal is permitted.
• The specified rollover requirements must be met within the designated time frame — typically between 7 and 30 days depending on the bonus type.
• Bonuses are non-transferable, cannot be converted to cash, or used to satisfy other bonus requirements simultaneously unless specifically stated.
• Yotogel reserves the right to void bonuses if there is any indication of abuse, hedging (arbitrage), or bonus fraud.
• A player is only eligible for one welcome bonus for the lifetime of their yotogel membership.

5General Betting Rules

All betting activity on yotogel is subject to the following rules to ensure a fair and safe gaming environment for all users:

• Players are fully responsible for all bets placed through their account.
• Game results are final and cannot be disputed once a game round is complete, unless a verifiable technical error has occurred.
• Yotogel reserves the right to void any bets placed during technical disruptions, system failures, or other exceptional circumstances.
• The use of automation software (bots), third-party assistance tools, or any unfair method to gain an advantage in games is strictly prohibited.
• Any attempt at collusion, result manipulation, or organised fraud will result in immediate account closure and reporting to the relevant authorities.

In the event of a confirmed technical fault during an active game session, yotogel will refund the affected wager amount to the player's account within 24 hours. Winnings generated through a system error will not be paid out.

6Responsible Gaming

• Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via account settings.
• Players may apply for voluntary self-exclusion for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or permanently.

• Players under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from using this platform.

8Liability Limit and Disclaimer

The yotogel platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to ensure the platform operates smoothly and without interruption, yotogel makes no warranties regarding:

• Continuous or uninterrupted availability of the platform at all times.
• The absence of errors, bugs, or technical vulnerabilities in the software.
• The accuracy or completeness of information displayed on the platform.

Yotogel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use our platform, including but not limited to loss of income, data, or business opportunities.

Yotogel's total liability to any user shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that user in the 30 days prior to the claim.

9Account Termination and Suspension

Yotogel reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any user's account at any time without prior notice if:

• The user violates any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal activity has been detected through the account.
• The user provides false or misleading information during registration or the KYC process.
• The user owns or operates multiple accounts.
• There is a legal obligation or directive from authorities requiring the account to be closed.

In the event of account closure due to a terms violation, yotogel reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balance for which the rollover requirement has not been met. For valid original deposit balances, yotogel will process the refund in accordance with internal procedures upon completion of the investigation.

Users may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the yotogel support team. Requests will be processed within 3 business days.

10Changes to Terms and Conditions

Yotogel reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any material changes will be communicated to users through:
